Use this form if you are unable to install your registration key. This will happen when you cannot connect your computer to the internet during registration.

Note: The only time that StudyMinder and Flash Cards access the internet is during the registration process. No personal information is sent. Please see our Privacy Statement.

Enter your Registration Key and the Error Code. A new key will be sent to the email address you used at the time of purchase. Enter that key to register your program.
