Owner's email address
This is the email address of the person who purchased the program. If your email address has changed, use your original email address here. Use the Comments section to let us know your email address has changed.
New Product Code
Before requesting a new registration key, you need to install the program on the new computer. You can find the new Product Code by selecting the About option in the Help Menu.
The Product Code has 8 characters with a "-" in the middle, like this: ABCD-EFGH. If you are using a u3 flash drive, the Product Code has 16 characters with no "-" or spaces in the code.
You should copy and paste the Product Code into the form, and not key it in. If the Product Code is not correct, the new registration key will not work.
This is the name of person who will be using the program on this computer. It can be your name, or the name of a friend or family member you are giving a key to.
User's email address
This field is optional. If you want the key emailed directly to the user, enter the email address here. A confirmation will be emailed to you as well.

When do I need a new registration key?
You need a new key any time you want to install and use the program on a different computer. You'll need to request a key when:
- You first purchase the program
- You later upgrade to a new computer
- You want to share the program with a friend or family member
- You reformat your hard drive and reinstall the program
My StudyMinder purchase includes Flash Cards. Do I get additional keys for Flash Cards?
Yes. When you complete the Key Request form, enter the product code for StudyMinder. You will receive two new registration keys, one for each program.
With the StudyMinder and Flash Cards bundle, you cannot request keys for just one or the other. Key requests are for both programs on the same computer.
If you purchased Flash Cards separately, you will only receive a Flash Cards registration key when you fill out the form.
What about the Standard and u3 versions?
StudyMinder runs on any Windows PC. There is also a version that supports the u3 flash drive. You can request keys for either version. The Product Code is different, so you do not need to specify between the two when your request a registration key.
Note: StudyMinder does not synchronize data between the two versions. You should use just one or the other at any given time.
Can I give a registration key to a friend?
What happens when I run out of keys?
Does the registration key ever expire?
No. The program will continue to be registered on that computer indefinitely. The only exception is when your computer crashes and the hard drive is reformatted. You will need a new key when you reinstall the program.
Can I upgrade to the latest version?
Yes. You can always download new versions from the StudyMinder website and install them when they are available. The key you are using will continue to work with the upgrade.
