Use this form to have your StudyMinder and Flash Cards keys sent to your email address. Make sure to enter the same email address you used when ordering the program.

Lost Keys: Use this form if you have lost your registration key email.

Upgraded Keys: The key system was upgraded on 8/23/2009. All keys issued before that time no longer work when re-installing the programs. Use this form to get your new keys.

When do I need to use the registration key?

StudyMinder and Flash Cards allow you to install the programs on more than one computer. The total installations depend on the program you order. You will need to enter your key when:

• You first purchase and install the program
• You later upgrade to a new computer
• You want to share the program with a friend or family member on a different computer
• You reformat your hard drive and reinstall the program

My StudyMinder purchase includes Flash Cards. Do I get additional keys for Flash Cards?

Yes. When you order StudyMinder, you receive two registration keys, one for each program.

If you purchased Flash Cards separately, you will only receive a Flash Cards registration key.

Can I give a registration key to a friend?

Yes. You can use your keys any way you want to.

What happens when I run out of keys?

You will need to purchase the program again if you want to keep using it on a new computer.

Does the registration key ever expire?

No. The program will continue to be registered on that computer indefinitely. The only exception is when your computer crashes and the hard drive is reformatted. You will need to enter your key again to reinstall the program.

How do I transfer my data to the new computer?

See the StudyMinder Help that comes with the program. Instructions are included there for transferring your data to the new computer.
